My mom says it is rather easy, but she does say that her cats are mad for a good 24 hours after she has applied the cat flea medicine. Even the cat that snuggles with her every time she gets a moment to sit down usually snubs her for a bit after application. The vet assures her that it is not painful, so perhaps it is the indignation of it all. I’m not sure.
